Automatic credit refunds

You are never charged credits for a request that fails on our side or upstream, or that comes back empty; those credits are returned automatically. Cached answers cost nothing.

Refunds of unused credits

Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund for the credits from that pack you have not used. We refund the unused share of the price you paid for that pack. After 14 days, packs are not refundable in money, but your credits never expire.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference whenever you tell us.

How to ask

Use the contact page with the email on your account and the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If the consumer law where you live gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
